Ralph Mechur

Firm Principal Ralph Mechur is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has his Masters in Architecture from UCLA.

Ralph has dedicated his career to supporting the local community. He has served on the Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board of the City of Santa Monica, working on the Santa Monica Pier Expansion Plan, the Civic Center Specific Plan, and the Ocean Park Design Guidelines. Ralph recently stepped down after serving for 13 years on the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education, where he focussed on equity and opportunity for all students and overseeing facility improvement projects.

Currently, Ralph sits on the Board of Trustees for Community Corporation of Santa Monica, a non-profit housing development corporation.
