Located in the densely developed neighborhood of the Ocean Park area in Santa Monica, a 1950’s elementary school houses the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s Child Development Services. On-site are also three preschool classrooms. An asphalt area facing the street was enclosed and developed to provide a play area for the pre-school.
