This design-build rehabilitation of the historic Cook House structure is part of the larger Scotty's Castle complex located in Death Valley National Park. Following a fire that destroyed much of the Cook House, this historic rehabilitation will provide a visitor's contact station, offices, and a conference center. The Cook House is designed and built to exceed LEED's silver criteria.
